  • Your order will be processed, picked, and shipped same business day if payment has cleared by 12PM (AEST). Otherwise it will be shipped the following business day.
  • Express delivery options also available (Australia only)

    Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only prior to the order being shipped. Contact us immediately using our contact form to request order cancellation. If your order has been shipped prior to us receiving your request, the order will be unable to be cancelled, but you will still be able to return the item.

    Items returned within 30 days of their delivery date in same as new condition with tags intact will be eligible for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. This includes our actual shipping costs when you have not paid for shipping on your order. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. Unfortunately we are unable to recover actual shipping costs from our carriers.

    Alternatively you may return for an exchange, but please contact us first to ensure availability of your exchange item. When exchanging, you are required to pay our actual shipping costs of sending the exchange item to you. This includes when you have not paid for shipping on your original order.


    Please be aware your country may charge import duties or taxes. It is your responsibility to determine these costs prior to your purchase and pay for them. We do not accept responsibility for any import charges payable.
